About the Role

​

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of property management lifecycle. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take their career to the next level.

What you'll do

​​

• They take full ownership for all activities related to our rentals, including leasing, move-ins, renewals, move-outs and operational goals

• Successful Property Managers enjoy building relationships with prospects and residents to learn about their needs and exceed their expectations.

• You have killer time management skills.

• Conduct regular inspections of rental properties.

• Prepare and manage budgets for each property.

• Collect rent payments from tenants and ensure that all payments are made on time.

• Maintain records of all rental properties, including leases, and maintenance requests in property management software.

• In order to be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately (research, touring, leasing, operations, outreach, and relationship management) to create results.

Who we're looking for

​

• You love to connect with people to learn about and meet their needs, are passionate about closing the sale, and have strong follow-up skills

• You are sales oriented

• You have basic computer and social media skills to learn and use industry tools and programs

• 1+ years of property management experience in a customer-facing environment

• 1+ years of experience with property management software like Buildium, Appfolio, or similar.

• Excellent communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Multi-tasking and organizational skills - demonstrated ability to perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities

• Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment

• Collaborative management style - demonstrated mentorship ability

• Service orientation, with the ability to be assertive/persuasive when needed

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver’s license​
