About the Role

​

Our company is seeking a reliable individual with the necessary skills and experience in all types of tasks related to construction and maintenance (including, but not limited to, painting, carpentry and flooring). We're looking for an individual who can perform a wide variety of tasks, can complete all jobs quickly, and takes pride in their work.

What you'll do

​

  • Coordinate onsite visits with property managers, asset managers and vendors for various construction and property management activities. 

  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance tickets including but not limited to minor pluming, minor electrical, drywall and paint, doors and windows work.

  • Complete the repair and maintenance work at the time of move out to make the apartment ready again.

  • Coordinate onsite visits with property managers, asset managers and vendors for various construction and property management activities.

  • Order, pickup, deliver and manage all the building material.

  • Mitigate emergencies and high risk situations in construction and repairs.

  • Walk each construction site twice daily, monitor construction progress, and verify material deliveries as necessary; elevate areas of concern to the manager

  • Drive by inspection and recording issues in detail within the issue reporting system.

Who we're looking for

​​​

  • 1-5 years of proven and successful experience in the construction industry.

  • Be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US

  • Provide your own tools and transportation

  • Be able to represent yourself in a courteous and professional manner

  • Ability to talk to customers about new or additional services

  • Handling and lifting of parts or materials minimum of 75 lbs. lifting/carrying and 70 lbs. pushing/pulling

  • Electrical / Contractor other relevant certificate and licenses preferred.
