About the Role
​
We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Assistant to join our team in our Phoenix, Arizona office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the property management and the executives. You will assist in leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. The ideal candidate will have high energy, love for real estate and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and the company. Starting Salary is $45k-55k (depending on experience). Excellent growth potential as the portfolio expands.

What you'll do

Take ownership in day-to day operations of rental properties, including leasing, move-ins, renewals, move-outs and operational goals following company guidelines.

Successful Real Estate Assistant will enjoy building relationships with prospects.

Have killer time management skills.

Ability to interact efficiently with prospects, residents, peers and management

Assist in on-time collection of rent payments from residents.

Maintain records of all rental properties, including leases, and maintenance requests in property management software.

Must be able organize and balance your activities appropriately (research, touring, leasing, operations, outreach, and relationship management) to create results.

Performs other duties as assigned

Working with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.

Conduct inspections of rental properties as needed.

Maintenance traige and scheduling.

Who we're looking for

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance (Mandatory)

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Excellent follow up skills via email and phone, texts.

Ability to commute to Casa Grande, AZ two-three times a week.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Competence in personal computer skills, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications.

Capability to perform effectively in a high-paced team setting.

Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community
